This is not a recipe for success, but failure. We in the United States have allowed the Best and Brightest II to lead our foreign policy down one quagmire after another. A U.S. government with unlimited funds has found an unlimited number of intellectual dilettantes and chicken-hawks formulating the nation's foreign policy which is bankable.
